Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We believe everyone has something to contribute to a project, not regardless of their background, but because of it. The more unique perspectives we have within our company, the better. Devotion to LGBTQ, Neuro-divergency, and minority inclusion is something that was enshrined in our company goals from day one as some of the founding members belong to those groups.
Arcane Ermine will never discriminate against someone for their nationality, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability status. We have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of discrimination or harassment based on these criteria.
One of our founding beliefs was “If your employees are taken care of, your company will be taken care of.” We believe in a symbiotic relationship between ownership/management and the employees. We believe that representation starts at the top, and have structured the company in such a way where ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and People with Neuro-divergency are at the table with an equal voice at the highest levels of the company.
